YMCA Day Pass

We have partnered with the newly constructed Marystown YMCA to offer our guests discounted Day Passes.

Day Passes include:

• Access to the entire building for the duration of daily operating hours:
• Monday-Thursday 6am to 10pm; Friday 6am to 9pm; Saturday & Sunday 7am to 9pm
• Participate in any/all group fitness classes offered for that day, including Bars & Plates; Core Fit; Body Blast; Core Stretch & Strength; Zumba; Ball Fit; Boot Camp; Aqua Jog and Aqua Fit
• Other adult lessons offered on different days
• Conditioning Centre includes various equipment, cardio, strength cables, free weights, TRX, foam rollers and more. Adoptive equipment also available
• Aquatic Centre, six lane swimming pool heated to 82 degrees, play pool heated to 92 degrees
• Steam room
• Various activities throughout the day scheduled for children, including indoor playground (which includes our bouncy castle), active kids, intro to sports, etc.
